The manual wind, 17-jewel adjusted movement is grade P.S. Bartlett, featuring a silver-tone plate engraved "17 JEWELS", "ADJUSTED.", "P.S. Bartlett", and "WALTHAM, MASS." with serial number 20068310 stamped on the edge. The white porcelain enamel dial is marked "WALTHAM" and features black Arabic numeral hour markers, red five-minute markers, and a sunken sub-second dial at the 6 o'clock position. The Premier hunter-style case features an unengraved decorative cartouche on a guilloche engine-turned background. The interior case back is marked with a rectangular frame containing the word "PREMIER" above the serial number "5145282".
