9pc Cast Brass Lion Motif Door Knocker and Hooks

Neoclassical style assortment of nine cast brass furniture and architectural hardware featuring lion head motifs. The group includes a large lion head door knocker with a heavy ring, a medium lion head hook, a set of four small lion head furniture pulls, a foliate rosette escutcheon, an ornate curved bracket arm, and an oval pull. The large lion head features the numerals 2243 cast in relief on the reverse. The circular rosette escutcheon bears several cast marks on the reverse. Three circular casting indentations are also visible on the back of the plate. The items exhibit varied finishes, including aged patinas and oxidation, consistent with functional use.
