A BRASS BOUND CAMPHOR WOOD CHEST 19TH CENTURY With a hinged lid enclosing two trays on lion paw feet 58cm high, 94cm wide, 50cm deep Condition Report: Good, structurally secure with wear and tear consistent with age and use. There are dents marks and scratches and shrinkage cracks including some cracks to the lid. The entire chest has a good dark patina, rather unusual in such chests which are often quite heavily cleaned, and, also unusually, retains its paw feet.
