solid slide-in brass movement, subsidiary seconds, Graham escapement, eight-day duration, weight-driven by cord, quarter striking on coiled gongs, spring-driven by cord and fusee, strike/silent mechanism, repeat mechanism, guilloché gilt-brass dial and chased bronze bezel, silvered chapter rings and signature plaque, finely executed blued-steel hands, elegant three-door mahogany case glazed with nine panes, removable box-form crest, light-coloured band marquetry, 140 cm, Austria, c. 1820/40, signs of age and repair, technically well-maintained condition, without guarantee for accuracy or long-term functioning, one weight, one steel-rod seconds pendulum with suspension spring, (HP)
