Bennett Model 3788 Gas Pump in Gulf

Made in Canada. 1965 - 1973. Introduced during the late 1960s and 1970s, the 3000-series (including the mechanical Model 3700 variants like the 3788) marked a distinct design change for service stations. This era abandoned the tall, flowing Art Deco curves of the 1940s and the panoramic glass of the 1950s in favor of a boxy, utilitarian, low-profile appearance. The square design was engineered to sit cleanly on narrower modern pump islands and integrate smoothly with the increasingly electronic, multi-product service stations of the late 20th century. Stamped on data plate. All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions. All purchases are eligible for free delivery to the Winter 2026 Dixie Gas Show on December 4th. From the Barry Yorgason Collection.
