Vintage Bremshey & Co service trolley – 1960s – Gerlinol – foldable A particularly handsome vintage service trolley from the 1960s by Bremshey & Co, featuring two gorgeous tops in a deep reddish-brown wood look. The original brand markings “BREMSHEY & Co. – SOLINGEN-OHLIGS – B&Co” and “GERLINOL” are still clearly present. The contrast between the gleaming chromed metal tube frame and the warm, strong-grained tops gives this trolley its characteristic Mid-Century appearance. In particular the pronounced grain pattern comes beautifully to life in the light. A big plus is the ingenious foldable design. Both tops can be lifted up, after which the trolley can be stored almost flat. A clever and space-saving construction that is typical of practical European design from this period. The service trolley stands on four original swivel wheels and has a tall handle, making it easy to move. Ideal as a drinks trolley, bar cart, serving trolley, side table, or decorative piece of furniture.
