Cabinet - Wood - Mission style

This piece of furniture is a refined solid dark-wood side table, featuring a geometric and functional design that recalls the Mission / Arts & Crafts style. The piece is structured on multiple levels to maximize space and is composed as follows: • Upper surface: Smooth, linear top surface, enhanced by distinctive triangular reinforcement inserts at the four corners. • Central open compartment: A capacious intermediate shelf, ideal for holding books or magazines, laterally enclosed by a series of vertical wooden slats that serve both as structural support and as bookends. • Lower drawer: A single large drawer positioned at the base, equipped with a central metal knob, built with traditional carpentry techniques and a wooden bottom. • Feet: The piece rests on four sturdy, shaped feet that lift it slightly off the ground, lightening its hefty silhouette.
