Early 19th century eight day mahogany longcase clock, the 12" painted arched dial signed Claridge, Chepstow, with gilded foliate decoration and Roman numeral chapter with a subsidiary seconds dial to the centre, the case hood with a swan neck pediment over turned columns, the trunk inlaid and crossbanded with a short door inset with a conch shell paterae, upon bracket feet, 88" high (with pendulum and a pair of cast weights) (the case feet/base at fault)
