Falkenstein; Niedermenniger Herrenberg Kabinett trocken 'Mutter Anna';

Hofgut Falkenstein is one of the Saar's most authentic estates, rebuilt from a ruin in 1985 by Erich Weber and now run with his son Johannes, making ultra-traditional, dry-tasting Rieslings from old, partly ungrafted vines on grey slate. This dry Kabinett comes from the prized Niedermenniger Herrenberg; 'Mutter Anna' names the individual Fuder (cask) in which it was raised. 2020 was an excellent Saar vintage.
