Several exhibitions and workshops have followed to date. Jürgen Angeler places particular emphasis on Informal Painting, a form of modern art that emerged in the 1940s/1950s. The interplay of spontaneity (impulse) and chance (drip painting, squeegee withdrawal) plays a decisive role. At the end of the creative process is a finished painting that expresses the tension built up during the process. Jürgen Angeler looks back on successful exhibitions in Germany, Italy, and Austria. His paintings are in collections in several European countries, the USA, Hong Kong, and Japan. Selected exhibitions: - Participated with two paintings at "cosmo GRAFIE" in Rome, Italy. Curated by Eva Czerkl - Involvement with the Elledorado Art Charity at the Schwules Museum, Berlin (Patron: Claudia Roth, Vice President of the Bundestag) - Solo exhibition "Made in Germany" at Kulturei Mainz (Citadel), Germany
