White in uniform, 302 pages plus preliminaries and plates, sold with ALS letter** dated 10.5.19, with 1933 The Times obituary newspaper cutting 'The Eton Masters'***, and December 1916 Cambridge Review Roll of Honour page featuring Malcolm White's obituary. The presence of the supplementary ephemera suggests that this is a presentation association copy sent to Malcolm White's father around the time of publication, to which he added poignant details.
