Made in Canada. 1929 - 1939. Single-sided painted metal (SSPM). All spouts are embossed. North Star Oil Limited was founded in 1928 but did not start carrying William Penn Motor oil until 1929. Marked, "GENERAL STEEL WARES LIMITED MONTREAL" lower edge. Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #501863, 501864, 501865, 501866).
