The applied faceted indices remain bright and intact, catching the light beautifully alongside the crisp printed text. Time is indicated by gold-tone dauphine and alpha style hands. These hands feature clean surfaces with no obvious oxidation, perfectly matching the excellent condition of the dial furniture. Case and Crystal The 17mm gold-plated case features a design where the crystal mounts directly to the case body, with no distinct separate bezel. The case shows honest wear consistent with age, including moderate scratches and handling marks throughout. Some wear to the gold plating is visible on the lug edges and case flanks. The plain caseback bears some surface scratches. The watch retains its gold-tone crown, signed with the Omega logo; the knurling shows light wear but remains defined. Protecting the dial is a distinctive faceted acrylic crystal that gives the watch its unique character, showing some light surface scratches and minor wear visible on the facets. Movement Inside the case beats the Omega caliber 483 manual wind movement, featuring attractive copper-tone plating. The plates and bridges appear very clean with no obvious corrosion, and the screw heads remain in good condition. The movement bears crisp engravings reading OMEGA WATCH Co, SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS, SWISS, and 483, along with the serial number 19881430. The timegrapher records a rate of +46+49s/day. Running in operational condition. Maintains the authentic mechanical character of the watch. Strap The watch is fitted with an attractive grey leather strap featuring an alligator and crocodile pattern. It shows light signs of use and creasing, serving as a complementary addition in good condition. Condition Good vintage condition. The dial and hands are exceptionally well-preserved and clean. The gold-plated case displays honest age-related wear, including moderate scratches, handling marks, and visible plating wear to the flanks and lug edges, alongside surface scratches on the plain caseback. The faceted acrylic crystal exhibits minor wear and light surface scratches. The grey leather strap shows light creasing from use. Supported by the timegrapher data, the movement is running in operational condition. Dimensions The case measures 17mm (excluding the crown).
