Pair of Louis XV Walnut Bergeres French Accent Armchairs
Each with a padded cartouche-shaped back, outswept arms, and a serpentine seat raised on cabriole legs. Carved in the characteristic Louis XV taste and upholstered in a later patterned fabric. One fauteuil bearing the stamp of Jean-Jacques Pothier, maitre in 1750. Dimensions: 25"W x 35.35"H Weight: 41.6lb Condition Request Condition Report Age related wear. Tear to fabric.
