Obverse: Insular government insignia, legend around "*PRIMERA ASAMBLEA LEGISLATIVA* 16 OCTUBRE 1907"; Reverse: Inscription on banner "MANILA" superimpose on laurel branch, medalists name in lower left quadrant "CRISPULO ZAMORA". This sparkling superb Gem example displays brilliant flashy surfaces with bold devices. The fields are smooth with hints of rich patina near the edges adding a bit of contrast.
