PHILIPPINES. Lot of (2). Bangko Sentral ng Philipinas. 10 Piso, 1949 (ND 1969). P-144bpm1 & 144pm2. Front & Back Printer's Models. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 to Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. The next denomination in this extremely rare group of printer's models from the Philippines. Again, nearly identical to the issued notes, although a keen observer will note that the guilloche underprint on the front is a slightly different pattern, particularly noticeable on the left-hand side. As we have explained in one of the previous lots of this group, this represents an excellent opportunity for the advanced collector of Philippine paper money to acquire certain items directly linked to the design process of this series.

Estimate:£1,135.11
