Vintage Christofle Art Deco Oval Serving Tray — Silver-Plated Gallia, Signed & Hallmarked Description: Exquisite and authentic Art Deco oval serving tray (platter) by the world-renowned French silversmith Christofle, from their prestigious Gallia collection. Crafted in France circa 1930s-1940s, this piece perfectly embodies the timeless sophistication of French mid-century design. • Iconic Art Deco Style: Features clean geometric lines along the rim, beautifully contrasted by sleek, minimalist integrated handles adorned with stylized fluting and elegant volutes. • Exceptional Silver Plating: Made from Christofle's heavy-gauge, durable silver-plated alloy, ensuring an incredibly deep, mirror-like luster. • Certified Authenticity: Fully hallmarked on the rim for absolute certainty. Features the official Christofle scales master punch, the OC chess knight mark, and the "24" numeral, indicating high-grade heavy silver-plating (Orfevrerie Christofle).
