All auctions / Contemporary Art / POPLEA - "Le poids des rêves" cinétique 3 en 1 Hommage à Magritte
O IA - EACH VISUAL IS HAND-CRAFTED WITH A LOT OF COLLECTOR-LEVEL DETAILS TRUE ARTIST’S WORK, VERY TECHNICAL and ABOVE ALL UNIQUE IN THE WORLD Homage to Magritte A man holds a cloud at the end of a string, like a balloon. When the gaze moves, the cloud becomes a huge rock, still suspended in the sky. The hand remains quiet, the thread stays fragile; only the weight of what seemed light changes. "The Weight of Dreams" evokes the aspirations that carry us as much as they can weigh us down. A single dream can be a promise of freedom or become a heavy obligation to bear. By its movement, the spectator tips the work between these two states, without the character letting go. Popléa is a French artist who is revolutionizing kinetic and minimalist art. Master of movement and perception, Popléa disrupts the way we see and feel images. Under a secret pseudonym, this established artist offers rare works directly to collectors, far from the traditional circuits. When their true identity is revealed, the value of these early pieces is set to rise significantly. A unique opportunity to collect exceptional art, at the dawn of a new chapter in contemporary creation. The artist Popléa: If you own this work, you hold an authentic piece signed by Popléa. But you should know: Popléa is a pseudonym. They have not yet revealed their identity — deliberately. This choice is part of a larger artistic project, a form of experiment: Create without a name, without status, without biography. The work alone. The image alone. What it evokes. What you feel. The artist behind Popléa is already exhibited, recognized, collected — but chose to explore another, freer path. Refusing filters, codes, discourses. Refusing that it should always be the same — galleries, experts, networks — who decide what has value. Perhaps what you own is the beginning of something. Or perhaps it is simply a work that speaks to you, here and now. Both options are beautiful. And deep down, perhaps that is real luxury. The work is hand-signed, delivered ready to hang in ultra-reinforced packaging, with insurance included. Latest buyer comments: "Very happy with my purchase! The piece received is magnificent, you can immediately feel the technical skill and the work it required. The packaging was particularly meticulous." "Exceptional packing for a work that is just as exceptional! Thanks to the artist for this quality work."
