Flat-signed without dedication to the title page. A titan of a novel at 750 pages, this masterpiece weaves together the lives of four disparate people in Indira Gandhi's 1970s emergency Bombay, as was. The plotting and pacing are superb, overlain with Mistry's richness of language and deftness of touch. Some of it is also very funny. This is a very clean book in extremely presentable condition. There are just afew scuffs to text block edges. A little glue seepage to paste-downs.
