Unworn Ring With Amethyst & Diamonds in Gold From Our Workshop

Some time ago, we were lucky enough to be able to purchase a large collection of tourmalines and beryls that had been lying dormant in the warehouse of a gemstone dealer in Stockholm since the 1950s. Our goldsmiths designed a ring that presents one of these gemstones accompanied by six diamonds - made from sustainable materials, with diamonds that also had their own history to give the historical materials a new life. What was missing from the collection from Sweden were beautiful citrines and amethysts. When, by chance, we discovered a small number of beautiful, suitable stones in a colleague's collection, we didn't hesitate and bought them. One of these amethysts is now set here. With an intense, deep purple colour, reminiscent of violets in bloom in the last light of a spring evening, a very special eye-catcher has been created. The gold and diamonds used are still sustainably sourced from vintage pieces of jewelry. This is the first time the amethyst has been used in a piece of jewellery. We like this ring because it is straightforward and allows the beautiful gemstone to take center stage. It can also be combined wonderfully. Which of the sparkling colours do you like best?
