FREIGHT TRANSPORT ” In accordance with instructions from the Army Railway Directorate, and in order to facilitate the supply of food to the civilian population in the military zone, the following provisions are hereby put into effect. A) For stations on the Northern and Eastern networks located on the line and south of the line: Le Tréport, Abancourt, Beauvais, Creil, Chantilly, Crépy-en-Valois, Dammartin (with the exception, however, of the Paris–Creil line via Pontoise), Aulnay, Bondy, Château-Thierry, Châlons, Vitry-le-François, Bar-le-Duc, Gondrecourt, Vaucouleurs, Toul, Nancy, Blainville, Pont-Saint-Vincent, Mirecourt, Épinal, Remiremont, Plombières, Faymont, Lure, Bas-Evette, Giromagny, are permitted under the following conditions…”—Paris, November 27, 1914.
