In late October, Barnebys covered the upcoming sale organised by RM Sotheby's, featuring a white Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary that was used on-screen in the 2013 classic The Wolf of Wall Street. The auction is scheduled for 8 December with an estimate of $1.5 to $2 million.

The car was driven by the Academy Award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who portrayed the renowned stockbroker Jordan Belfort. In the film, viewers saw DiCaprio's character carelessly driving the car while under the influence of narcotics, resulting in multiple crashes.

The film featured two Lamborghinis of the same year and model. Both cars were used during the filming process and are seen on screen. One of them was damaged while filming, while the other remained intact. RM Sotheby's is auctioning the car that is still in good condition and can be driven.

Now, the second white Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary from the same movie has also been put up for auction. With the same estimated value of $1.5 to $2 million, Bonhams is offering the damaged car in their upcoming Abu Dhabi car auction.

The fact that both cars are for sale at the same time is sparking discussions among collectors. While one car is fully operational and ready for use, the other car can only be displayed as a piece of art. As a result, these cars may appeal to different types of buyers. Interestingly, both cars have the same estimate.
