The Art Market Day, a meeting place for art market professionals, is returning to the Centre Pompidou in Paris for its third edition. Once again, the event will pave the way for a constructive debate on current issues, themes and challenges in the sector.
The programme, made up of roundtable discussions, keynotes and presentations, will make it possible to understand and anticipate market transformations, thanks to the expertise of professionals from various backgrounds.

The list of speakers includes around thirty international professionals, such as journalist Georgina Adam, Alice Audouin (Art of Change 21), Fabrice Bousteau (Beaux Arts & Cie), Jean-Sébastien Beaucamps (LaCollection), Tom Woolston (Christie's), Armelle Malvoisin (Le Quotidien de l'Art), Yair Zisling (Artbrain) and Christophe Person (Artcurial).
An initiative from the Quotidien de l'Art, the leading French digital daily on art, The Art Market Day established its international reputation in 2018 by offering the first bilingual English and French conference on the scene. Once again, this year, a simultaneous translation system will be made available. An app dedicated to The Art Market Day will also make it possible to make contact with the sponsors, speakers and participants before the event.
On 16 November at the Centre Pompidou, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., join a community of committed professionals united around common challenges and issues in the art world.
The themes of the 2021 edition:
- How to reduce the ecological impact of the art market? - NFT: how to enter this new market? Good practices and traps to avoid - Asian buyers: the new Eldorado? - The multiplication of sales channel, from the physical place to the metaverse: which channel for which art piece? - Contemporary African art: decoding a new market
